Thandekile Moyo is a Certified Professional Mediator and Human Rights Defender from Gwanda, Zimbabwe. She is a Leadership, Peace, and Security Fellow at the African Leadership Centre (King’s College London). She has reported extensively on crises in Zimbabwe, shedding light on contemporary and historical human rights violations. She has led campaigns to challenge undemocratic practices and advocate for people-centred policies and development.
Thandekile has experience as an accredited elections observer. Her multifaceted expertise and commitment to promoting peace and justice make her a prominent figure in the field of human rights advocacy. She holds an honours degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from the Midlands State University in Zimbabwe and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
