CPM Robinson Ruwa began his mediation career in 2020, becoming a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) through the Mediation Training Institute (MTI) East Africa.

He completed mentorship with notable mentors, including FIDA Kenya, and is accredited by the Mediation Accreditation Committee (MAC) as a Court Annexed Mediator. He advanced to Certified Mediation Trainer and is recognized as an Qualified Mediator by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Netherlands. He was among the first to qualify as a Certified Child Protection Mediator and became a Certified Online Resolution Mediator with DR Hub Nairobi. 
 
Robinson has handled diverse cases across the Kenyan coast, specifically in Mombasa, Malindi, Kwale, and Voi. As a private mediator, he has significantly contributed to his community, serving as Chairman of the Grievance and Redress Committee in an informal settlement scheme and providing pro-bono mediation services. Currently, he is the Director of Daylight Mediation Services and a founder of the Global Mediation Centre in Mombasa. 
 
He has a passion for servant leadership and dispute resolution, leveraging on his background in hospitality and human resource management to help parties successfully resolve their disputes. His voluntary service to his local church earned him the Bishop’s Medal of Honour for over 30 years of meritorious leadership in the Mombasa ACK Diocese.
 
Robinson serves as the Organizing Secretary of the ICMC Board.
