Dr. Beatrice Nzou is a seasoned Psychological Counselor and a Chartered Mediator with over 20 years’ experience. As the founder of Angels Paradise Counseling and Mediation Center, she manages a broad range of counseling and mediation cases for individuals, groups, corporates and the judiciary under court Annexed Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Dr. Beatrice Nzou is a seasoned Psychological Counselor and a Chartered Mediator with over 20 years’ experience. As the founder of Angels Paradise Counseling & Mediation Center, she manages a broad range of counseling and mediation cases for individuals, groups, corporates and the judiciary under court Annexed Dispute Resolution (ADR). Dr. Nzou has substantial Mediation experience in family, labour, community, workplace ,children, inheritance cases and civil. She is a trainer, mentor and assessor. She is also an apt psychometric and psychological assessor.

Over the years, Dr. Nzou has spent her free time mentoring young people as they transition from primary to high school and/or high school to tertiary education. Dr. Beatrice regularly conducts trainings on counseling, Mediation and Businesses Ethics. Her trainings are rated very highly even on cross-cultural platforms. Dr. Nzou is the Vice-Chair of Counselors Psychologists Society of Kenya (CPS-K). She is a board member of Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), A member of Mediation Training Institute East Africa. (MTIEA) and Christian Professional Mediators Association of Kenya (CPMAK).

Dr. Nzou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministries with an emphasis in Counseling, Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance, Master of Arts in Christian Counseling and a PhD in Counseling Psychology; she also holds advanced certificate as a professional Mediator. She is a mother of two adult children and a dotting grandmother of three grandsons. Dr. Nzou lives in Machakos County, Kenya.
