Mr. Asunah is a broad qualified and registered engineer with over 30 years of experience in hydrology, geology, water resources engineering, and environmental management.

He is a corporate governance arbitrator, engaging in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in both public and private sectors. As an accredited mediator of The Judiciary of Kenya, he serves as Chairman of Kisumu Mediation Center and a member of the Key Court Users’ Committee. He is also serving his second term as the Vice – Chairman of the Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG) Network.

Mr. Asunah is also an Advisor at the Rural Water & Sanitation Organization (WATERSAN), an active corporate member of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kisumu Chapter), and a Council Member of Kibabii University.  Above all, Francis is a committed born-again Christian who a Master of Engineering, Hydrology and Water Resources degree from IHE Delft (The Netherlands) and a Bachelor of Science, Geology degree from the University of Nairobi.
