Kokebe is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a certified mediator who has serviced in the ICMC Board in various capacities since its inauguration.
He is an experienced advocate with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. He is an astute litigator, highly skilled in legal writing, trust, taxation, construction law, mediation, public speaking, and customer service.
This strong legal professional is a graduate of Makerere University and holder of a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
He currently heads the Litigation and ADR Department at Diro Advocates LLP and is a sitting committee member of the Kenya Law Society Committee on Immigration.
