Profile: Ms. Nandini Gore is a Senior Partner at Karanjawala & Co. and an Advocate-on-Record at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.  She has experience of more than 30 years as an Advocate practising before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. She has pursued her master’s degree in law from Campus Law Centre, New Delhi. She specializes in litigation, arbitration and mediation. She is known for her crisp drafting skills and all-round knowledge of Supreme Court rules and procedures. She is also well known for her expertise in handling complex constitutional matters in the Supreme Court. Her areas of expertise include commercial disputes, partnership disputes, employment disputes, mining law, testamentary law, real estate and environment law.

Ms. Gore is an accredited Mediator from the Supreme Court of India, Singapore Mediation Centre and is also a distinguished fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. She specializes in high conflict mediations including commercial disputes, divorces and custody disputes. She has successfully resolved hundreds of disputes, both privately as well as through court appointed mediation. She has also authored a well-crafted ‘Handbook on Mediation’ which contains nine precise and easy to read chapters which would assist the reader to acquire the requisite skills necessary for conducting a successful mediation.
