Profile: Paul J. Van Osselaer is a full-time mediator and arbitrator specializing in insurance coverage disputes. He has mediated some of the most high-profile insurance disputes in the US. He is the current President and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators (IAM) and, in the US, has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He is listed in the British-based Who’s Who Legal in Mediation and has been recognized by the Best Lawyers® research organization in both Mediation and in Insurance Law.
Paul is the author of The Art of Mediation of Coverage Disputes, published by the American Bar Association, and is a frequent speaker at legal and mediator training programs on the topic of mediating insurance disputes.
