Warsame is an experienced organizational development expert and senior certified mediator who loves to coach and mentor. He has extensive expertise in peace building and governance and with memorable achievements in institutional conflict mediation, political reconciliation, organizational development, parliamentary development, and supporting key national process (e.g., constitutional review, democratization, and federalism).
Warsame graduated from Metropolitan State University of Minnesota (USA) in 2004 with a BA in Social Science (concentration in Political Science) and in 2007 with a Master of Public Administration. He has delivered leadership training to thousands from government, nonprofits, and the business community and managed more than 20 mediation and reconciliation programs across Somalia.
